Apple
This is a cap from the IT company "Apple," headquartered in California, USA. Its most notable feature is the embroidered old logo used from 1977 to 1994. This logo was created when Steve Jobs asked designer Rob Janoff to design it for the announcement of the "Apple II" at the 1977 West Coast Computer Fair. As sales of the "Apple I" struggled, Jobs wanted to give the brand a fresh and innovative image, leading to the adoption of this rainbow-colored logo. However, the logo posed challenges in the printing process. Because it was multi-colored, any mistake in a single color required starting over, making it very costly. Still, Jobs instructed to maintain this logo without sparing expenses for the brand image. Apple's European division head called this rainbow logo a "symbol of desire and knowledge." This cap was made in the 1980s and features the rare specification of using New Era for the body. The green underside of the brim and the embroidered ventilation eyelets are also key details.
