Cancellation of Orders
We take all possible measures to ensure the quality of our products, but in the unlikely event that the delivered product is defective, or if you receive a product that is different from what you ordered, we will return or exchange the product.
Please contact us within 7 days of receipt of the merchandise with the prescribed information.
We do not accept returns or cancellations for reasons attributable to the customer (e.g., size does not fit, image is different, wrong order, etc.). We also do not accept returns, changes to order details, additions, changes to payment methods, or consolidated deliveries after an order has been confirmed. Please understand this in advance.
Returns and exchanges
In case of product defects or delivery problems
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. After checking the situation, we will exchange or return the product if the product is deemed defective or damaged during delivery and the following conditions are met.
Within 7 days of receipt
The item has not been used or washed (only test fitting indoors is acceptable).
All tags and accessories are intact (no damage).
The delivery note or receipt must be presented.
No significant unnatural changes to the product.
In case of customer's convenience
We do not accept exchanges or returns unless the product is defective or damaged during delivery.
*Due to differences in the viewing environment of the device used, the color of the product may appear different from the actual product. In this case, we will not treat it as a defect.
Return Policy
This site does not accept cancellations, exchanges, or returns of any kind after an order has been placed, regardless of whether it is before or after the product has been shipped, except in the following cases (1) through (3).

In the unlikely event of an exchange or return of a defective item, the customer will be responsible for all costs associated with the exchange or return. Please understand this.
