  • A4: You cannot specify the delivery date at the time of order. The Yamato Transport inquiry number is included in the email after shipping, so you can change the delivery date and time via Kuroneko Members.

  • A5: The products you ordered will be shipped within approximately 3 to 5 business days. Delivery of the products usually takes about 1 to 2 days from shipping. Delivery may be delayed due to the destination area or traffic conditions.

  • A6: We apologize. Separate orders are not combined. Even if the orders are on the same day, if the order numbers are different, they will be shipped separately. This is due to system constraints, so we cannot accept changes. Please understand. We kindly ask you to add all the desired products to your cart before confirming your order.
